Indiana Jones Funko Pop! Figure Coming to Disney Parks on July 22nd

A Funko Pop! vinyl figure inspired by Indiana Jones is coming to select merchandise locations at Disney Parks on July 22nd. This Funko Pop! figure is part of a collection of figures created especially for Disney Theme Park Merchandise. Other figures in this collection include four Haunted Mansion-themed Funko Pop! released in November 2015.

The packaging for this figure includes a nod to the Indiana Jones Adventure attraction in Adventureland at Disneyland park (don’t look into the eyes of Mara!). For this article, I visited the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to grab a few photos of Indiana Jones in action.

This Indiana Jones figure is different than one being released at San Diego Comic-Con in July 2016. The Comic-Con figure (#199) was inspired by “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” whereas the Disney Parks figure (#200) was inspired by “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.”

The Disney Parks Exclusive figure will have a retail of $19.99, and it will be released at the following Disney Parks merchandise locations:

Disneyland Resort

  • Downtown Disney District – D-Street

Walt Disney World Resort

  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios – Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost
  • Disney Springs Marketplace – Disney’s Pin Traders

Marty Sklar Book Signing at Disney Springs Next Week

One Little Spark

Disney Legend and Walt Disney Imagineering Ambassador Marty Sklar is scheduled to appear at Disney Springs next week for a book signing.

Guests will be able to meet Marty at the Art of Disney store in the Marketplace on November 18th between 10 AM and 11:30 AM for a signing of his new book, “One Little Spark!”

Featuring an introduction by Richard M. Sherman and Glen Keane, the book details Mickey’s Ten Commandments – as developed by Marty throughout his time at WDI.

Here are the merchandise events headed your way this July at the Walt Disney World Resort!

June 20 – July 3: Artist David E. Doss will be appearing daily at Art of Disney in Downtown Disney Marketplace. Stop in and find a new piece of art to add to your collection! Look for David again July 24 – 27

June 26 – July 7: Find the latest releases from Precious Moments doll designer and artist Linda Rick at Once Upon A Toy in Downtown Disney Marketplace. Look for special appearances by Linda each day, July 3 -6. Visiting later in the month? Stop by July 17 – 28.

July 1 – 4: Renowned international artist Larry Dotson will be appearing throughout the day at Art of Disney in Epcot, July 1- 4. Look for Larry again, July 17 – 20 at Art of Disney in the Downtown Disney Marketplace.

July 4 – 11: Meet artist Greg McCullough this month at the Walt Disney World Resort. Greg will appear at Art of Disney in Downtown Disney Marketplace, July 4 – 11 as well as July 30 – August 3. Look for additional appearances by Greg at Art of Disney in Epcot, July 16 – 20 and July 23 – 27.

July 25: Get an early jump on your holiday shopping and celebrate Christmas in July with us and Disney artists, Costa Alavezos, Cody Reynolds and Derrick Lirette from 6 – 8p.m. at Disney’s Days of Christmas in Downtown Disney Marketplace.

Here are the merchandise events headed your way this June at Walt Disney World Resort!

June 4 – 8: Artist Greg McCullough returns June 4 – 8 to Animation Gallery in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and will appear later in the month from June 18 – 22 at Art of Disney in Epcot.

June 5 – 8: Look for special appearances by artist Larry Dotson throughout the day at Art of Disney in Downtown Disney Marketplace. Not able to make it? Look for Larry later in the month from June 12 – 15 and June 26 – 29 at Main Street Cinema in Magic Kingdom Park.

June 12 – 22: Find the latest releases from Precious Moments doll designer and artist Linda Rick at Once Upon A Toy in Downtown Disney Marketplace. Add to your collection and meet representatives June 12 – 22 and June 26 – July 7. Look for a special appearance by Linda throughout the day, each day, June 12 – 15 and July 3 – 6.

To celebrate the launch of the new, limited edition figurine, Figment Actor, sculptor Jacqueline Perrault will be on hand for a special appearance and signing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and again from 3 to 4 p.m. at Art of Disney in Epcot.
